Advice

Residents, people working in or supporting housing can contact our mediators for advice on how to deal with housing or neighbourhood-related disputes or conflicts. The mediation service is accessible throughout the country and there is a low threshold for contact. 

  • The advice includes detailed information about our services and, for example, about the mediation approach.
  • We provide service guidance and support in finding a structured way forward.
  • We train you to solve the problem on your own.
