New helpline hours

We now offer even better access to support and answers to questions about peace of mind - we have added weekly helpline hours.

You can call us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the following times:

  • Tuesdays 11-13 and 15-18
  • Thursdays 13-17
  • Call 045-1103483.

You can call the helpline as an employee of a property management company or a real estate company, or as a resident anywhere in Finland. The helpline provides expert help and guidance on a wide range of problems related to peace and quiet and neighbourly relations.

For example, the counselling may cover the following topics:

  • sounds in the neighbourhood
  • conflicts between residents' committees and governments
  • a bad atmosphere in the whole house or in a particular area, for example
