Do you receive notifications on your desk about various disturbances to your peace of mind? Have you ever thought about how to respond to them in a constructive way? Do you spend your working hours dealing with repeated contacts on the same issue?
Centre for Peace in Housing Mediation in training learn how to deal with word-for-word situations in housing in a coherent and constructive way. The proactive process you learn in the training will help residents feel that their case is moving forward, reducing the risk of becoming a party to the conflict yourself and saving overall time. The training is practical and based on the trainers' years of experience working with neighbourhood conflicts.
This training is specifically aimed at you, whose job involves dealing with reports of perceived housing-related disturbances from residents. Many housing and neighbourhood disturbances can be word-of-mouth situations or so-called normal housing problems where traditional disturbance management methods do not seem natural. If they escalate, they can place a long-term strain on those responsible for dealing with them.
The training will take the form of a 4-hour afternoon webinar. The cost of the training is 200 EUR/person (VAT 0%). The training will be delivered remotely as a webinar.
The training will take place in Thu 13.11. at 12-16. Click here to sign up: https://forms.gle/LQ58odKfUJEbaiQb8
