Tuleeko työpöydällesi ilmoituksia erilaisista asumisrauhan häiriöistä? Oletko koskaan pohtinut miten niihin voisi rakentavasti vastata? Onko työaikaasi kulunut toistuviin yhteydenottoihin saman asian parissa?

Tämä koulutus on suunnattu erityisesti sinulle, jonka työhön kuuluu käsitellä asukkaiden ilmoituksia asumiseen liittyvistä koetuista häiriöistä. Monet asumiseen ja naapuruuteen liittyvät häiritsevät tilanteet voivat olla sana sanaa vastaan -tilanteita tai niin sanottuja normaaliin asumiseen liittyviä ongelmatilanteita, joissa perinteiset häiriönhoidonkeinot eivät tunnu luontevilta. Kärjistyessään tilanteet voivat kuormittaa pitkäaikaisestikin häiriönhoidosta vastuussa olevia tahoja.

Asumisrauhan keskuksen Mediation in training opit käsittelemään asumisen sana sanaa vastaan -tilanteita johdonmukaisesti ja rakentavasti. Koulutuksessa oppimasi proaktiivisen prosessin myötä asukkaat kokevat asiansa etenevän, jolloin riski joutua itse mukaan konfliktin osapuoleksi pienenee ja kokonaistyöaikaa säästyy. Koulutus on käytännönläheinen ja perustuu kouluttajien vuosien kokemukseen naapuruuskonfliktien parissa työskentelystä.

Koulutus järjestetään 4 tunnin iltapäiväwebinaarina. Koulutuksen hinta on 200 eur/henkilö (alv 0%). Koulutuksia järjestetään kahtena eri kertana syksyllä 2025. Molemmat koulutukset toteutetaan etäyhteyksin webinaarina. Voit ilmoittautua kumpaan tahansa koulutukseen.
