- project development and management skills (especially STEA)
- human resources and financial management skills
- knowledge of the theory and practice of restorative mediation and the ability to apply the principles of mediation
- an understanding of the policy area or one of its components (population relations, housing, security)
In addition, experience of working in organisations and training, good interpersonal and networking skills would be an advantage.
We offer an interesting and responsible role in a professional team. In addition to personal orientation, we promise flexible working hours, employment benefits including occupational health services, telecommuting, a competent team and the opportunity to work in grassroots peace work.
In principle, the job is full-time and the salary will be between €3 800 and €4 100/month, depending on experience and skills. It is hoped that the post will start in June as agreed with the applicant and that the new Head will start by 15.6.2026 at the latest. The post will be subject to a 6-month probationary period, after which the employment relationship will continue on a permanent basis for an indefinite period.
